Adventure Rock Sleepover
Event Information
Adventure Rock Sleepover
We will be sleeping overnight at Adventure Rock. 21250 W. Capitol Drive Brookfield, WI 53072. Please RVSP in Scoutbook if your Scout would like to attend. We also need 2 parents for 2 deep leadership. Upon Scout's arrival at 8pm, participants go through a wall-to-wall orientation of Adventure Rockin' climbing facility, learning the ins and outs of harnesses and how to utilize our auto-belay stations. The RockN LockN experience includes all necessary climbing equipment and plenty of time for scrambling up the numerous walls and routes we have to offer all under the watchful eye of one of their certified Climbing Wall Instructors. Before arrival, please make sure all participants have completed a Visitor Agreement (print and fill out a hard copy or complete our online form at http://www.adventurerock.com/about/waiver). Also, be sure that everyone comes prepared to spend the night among the climbing walls or in the bouldering caves (e.g., brings their own bedding, sleeping attire, toiletries, medication, etc.). We know climbing can be a strenuous workout, so pizza and juice is on us around 10p.m. We also provide a fridge, freezer and storage space, so feel free to bring in additional snacks and drinks. Bottled water, energy drinks and bars are also available for purchase in our pro-shop. Then the RockN LockN wraps up at 8a.m.

Meetings & Location
Troop 95 meets at the Horne-Mudlitz VFW Post No. 6377 in Sussex, WI. Meetings are on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Monday of the month, at 7:00pm.
Parent Info
Learn more about our Troop and its Leaders. You can also find information on membership cost, and activitees that we partake in.
Troop 95 is a Scout led Troop
Meaning, the boys lead the Troop, not the adults. The scouts of Troop 95 are run by the patrol method and conduct their own meetings, with a Scoutmaster and/or Assistant Scoutmasters to help guide. We as a Troop, feel that there is no better way to teach leadership than to practice by doing. The scouts have duty rosters when on campouts. The scouts choose ‘where’ they will camp, ‘when’ they will camp, and create duty rosters to equally divide all of the work including cooking and cleaning.
Prepared, Self Reliant, Team Focus
The scouts of Troop 95 learn to be prepared, self reliant, and learn how to work together as a team. They do this through our campouts and patrol activities. The scouts have a camping weekend opportunity about once a month, with additional activities throughout the year. Troop 95 has camped in the Florida Keys, the Boundary Waters of Minnesota, pitched our tents on a sandbar in the middle of the Wisconsin River and spent nights in caves with bats sleeping above our heads. Troop 95 will continue to plan outdoor activies, wherever the PLC members decide to take us.
Scout Advancement
Troop 95 is proud of the 43 members who have reached the rank of Eagle Scout since the troop’s inception in 1969. Many scouts attain rank advancement through summer camp programs. Boys are encouraged to earn merit badges individually or in groups. Courts of Honor are held periodically to recognize and celebrate the achievements of the boys.
