Adventure Rock Sleepover

Adventure Rock Sleepover
We will be sleeping overnight at Adventure Rock. 21250 W. Capitol Drive Brookfield, WI 53072. Please RVSP in Scoutbook if your Scout would like to attend. We also need 2 parents for 2 deep leadership. Upon Scout's arrival at 8pm, participants go through a wall-to-wall orientation of Adventure Rockin' climbing facility, learning the ins and outs of harnesses and how to utilize our auto-belay stations. The RockN LockN experience includes all necessary climbing equipment and plenty of time for scrambling up the numerous walls and routes we have to offer all under the watchful eye of one of their certified Climbing Wall Instructors. Before arrival, please make sure all participants have completed a Visitor Agreement (print and fill out a hard copy or complete our online form at http://www.adventurerock.com/about/waiver). Also, be sure that everyone comes prepared to spend the night among the climbing walls or in the bouldering caves (e.g., brings their own bedding, sleeping attire, toiletries, medication, etc.). We know climbing can be a strenuous workout, so pizza and juice is on us around 10p.m. We also provide a fridge, freezer and storage space, so feel free to bring in additional snacks and drinks. Bottled water, energy drinks and bars are also available for purchase in our pro-shop. Then the RockN LockN wraps up at 8a.m.

We will be cabin camping at Camp Long Lake the weekend of March 7 through 9. We will be staying in the cabin but have the option to use tents and cook outside for any Scout needing those things for rank advancement. Activities will depend on the weather.
